Section 229

In the case of a decision by the court to enforce customs, filing, canceling, naming, checking, paying in installments, paying debts, collecting fines or paying court fees, the related staff shall prepare and send the relevant documents to the Tehsil Branch as soon as possible within three days of the decision being prepared. Explanation: For the purpose of this paragraph, "bigo" means any amount including the compensation to be paid as per the judgment.
(2) After receiving the notice as per sub-section (1), the concerned employee shall issue a separate letter with a copy of the judgment for the execution of the judgment.
(3) In the case that the attachment as per sub-section (1) has been prepared by the court hearing the appeal, the concerned employee shall send such missive along with the attachment to the concerned district court within three days of the preparation of the judgment.
